Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 2 – 3 Years of working experience in the IT and Customer Service industry
Experience with Microsoft Technologies (e.g., Windows Server, Windows 11, Hyper-V)
Experience in basic network (LAN, WAN, Routing, VLAN, Access Policies)
Experience in planning, designing, deployment and migration in Microsoft 365 Cloud Services
Experience in delivery consultancy works such as planning, designing, and deploying Microsoft 365 modernization workplace
Preferred Qualification
Experience in Microsoft Security, Microsoft Compliance, Microsoft Sentinel, Alibaba Cloud, and /or Amazon Web Services
Experience in any Security products and solutions (e.g., Endpoint Detection & Response, Firewall, Advance Threat Protection)
Experience leading projects and applying Project Management methodologies
Experience leading and managing IT technical discussions, and design cloud deployment and adoption plans
Experience with deployment methodologies and technologies
Experience with basic scripting such as PowerShell & Python
Responsibilities
Design, plan and manage technical implementations with customers independently
Inspire customers and peers to solve difficult problems with novel solutions, leveraging a sophisticated set of technical competences.
Strategized and optimized the cloud services from technical perspective. Craft the strategy to transform the customers, identify key customer technical objections, and develop a strategy to resolve technical and business challenges.
Conduct advisory engagements to ensure that customers can leverage on the subscriptions and / or business requirements.
Assist in providing solutions and proposals with the Customer Engagement Team.
