Minimum Requirements
At least Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in using Microsoft 365, Azure, and / or any other type of cloud services (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in basic network (Routing, VLAN, Access Policies)
Preferred Qualification
Experience in delivery consultancy works such as planning, designing, and deploying Microsoft 365 modernization workplace
Experience in cross platform migrations, mainly to Microsoft 365
Experience leading IT technical discussions, and design cloud deployment and adoption plans
Experience with deployment methodologies and technologies
Experience with Microsoft Technologies (e.g., Windows Server, Windows 11, Hyper-V)
Experience with basic scripting such as PowerShell & Python
Responsibilities
Manage technical implementations with customers with least supervision
Coordinate and inspire customers and peers to solve difficult problems with novel solutions, leveraging a sophisticated set of technical competences.
Strategized and optimized the cloud services from technical perspective. Craft the strategy to transform the customers, identify key customer technical objections, and develop a strategy to resolve technical and business challenges.
Produce technical and user documentations.
